FlowSense Received Multiple Orders from Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) and Others


FlowSense LLC, Maple Grove, MN (PRWEB) October 11, 2005 -- FlowSense announced today that its environmental and industrial team have received multiple orders for several mission critical process moisture monitoring systems and pressure instruments. Additionally, FlowSense announced that it has been awarded a turnkey contract from the Air Force for equipment supply and startup support of an enhanced walk-in (EWN) curing oven. FlowSense's industrial team also received a contract from the Bureau of Reclamation to supply process instruments for a desalting plant. Fish & Wildlife Service also awarded FlowSense for the installation and programming of a wireless communication system.

For KBR, FlowSense will supply integrated, fully automatic self-calibration moisture analyzers for use in natural gas and hydrocarbon processing applications. Another award specified both custom and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) pressure instruments as part of the Iraq infrastructure reconstruction program. KBR provides a wide range of engineering, construction, operations and maintenance, logistics and project management services to three markets: upstream, downstream, and government & infrastructure.

For the U.S. Air Force, The contract specified a custom electrically heated enhanced walk-in series industrial oven with installation at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.

For the the Bureau of Reclamation, FlowSense will provide level monitoring systems for the measurement and control of 12 gravity filter tanks. The level monitoring systems are comprised of Honeywell ST 3000 Smart Transmitters which provide proven technology for differential and gauge pressure measurement.

For the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, FlowSense will provide installation and programming of communication equipment to be located on a 220 feet communication tower under construction at Rice Lake National Wildlife Refuge. FlowSense's scope of work in this project will include all necessary equipment, supplies, materials, and supervision for the installation and programming of Motorola's communication system.
