Quorum Expands Pipeline Integrity and GIS Capabilities
Houston, Texas (PRWEB) November 10, 2005 -- Quorum Business Solutions, Inc. (Quorum), a leading provider of software solutions for the oil and gas industry, announces that Joseph “Troy” Turcott has joined the Quorum management team, bringing with him over 20 years of oil and gas technical and GIS expertise. Turcott, a recognized industry authority in pipeline integrity HCA analysis, will spearhead Quorum’s Pipeline Integrity product management efforts under the direction of Executive Vice President Gary O’Dwyer.
“With Troy’s extensive expertise related to pipeline integrity and hazardous consequence analysis, he will lead the ongoing initiative to expand Quorum’s GIS and pipeline integrity team,” said Mr. Gary O’Dwyer. “His responsibilities include managing the delivery of client-focused solutions and consulting services for our clients, and representing Quorum in a number of GIS and pipeline industry consortiums and organizations.”
Turcott was most recently with a well recognized provider of GIS solutions to the Pipeline sector, where he developed industry best in class pipeline integrity GIS software. Turcott graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. He is also a decorated veteran of the U.S. Army’s elite 82nd Airborne Division. Turcott resides in Sugar Land, Texas with his wife and two young daughters.
